Overview
JBL CSR-V
The JBL CSR-V is a wall-mounted, volume-only remote controller built for JBL's CSM-21 and CSM-32 commercial mixers and compatible CSA power amplifiers, already referenced throughout Savi Vision's JBL CSA amplifier range as the companion remote volume control.
It connects over a standard Cat5 straight-through cable (T568B, RJ-45) up to 1000ft (305m) from the mixer or amplifier, using only pins 1 and 2 for a 3.3VDC reference and volume control signal. The remote control cannot raise the level above the master setting on the mixer or amplifier.
