Poly EncorePro 510 Monoaural Headset

The Poly EncorePro 510 is a mid-range wired monoaural headset from the EncorePro 500 Series, built to keep contact-centre agents comfortable and clear through back-to-back calls. A next-generation flexible noise-cancelling microphone with visual and tactile positioning guides reduces background noise and interference, while the lightweight, durable design is built to minimize breakages and downtime.

The 510 is sold as a Quick Disconnect (QD) model that works with any Poly QD adapter for desk-phone and amplifier setups, and as the EncorePro 515 — a USB-A variant with full Microsoft Teams certification and a dedicated Teams button for instant app access. Both are remotely managed via Poly Lens cloud-based device management software and protected by Poly's SoundGuard (QD) or SoundGuard Digital (USB) acoustic-shock technology.
