Poly EncorePro 520 Stereo Headset

The Poly EncorePro 520 is the binaural counterpart to the EncorePro 510, pairing the same next-generation noise-cancelling microphone with dual foam-cushioned earcups for fuller, more immersive call audio. Visual and tactile positioning guides on the mic boom help agents find the optimal pickup position, and the lightweight, durable build is designed for minimal breakages across high-usage contact-centre fleets.

As with the 510, the 520 is sold as a Quick Disconnect (QD) model for desk-phone and amplifier setups, and as the EncorePro 525 — a USB-A variant available in both an open UC build and a Microsoft Teams-certified build, each with an inline control pod for mute, call answer/end and volume. Both connector families are remotely managed through Poly Lens cloud-based device management.
